# ITENRARY

The beginning of the trip

-The trip begins in Al-Lith harbour and ends in Al-Lith harbour.

-Pickup time at the airport is according to your flights, give yourself enough time to go through immigration and pickup your bags.

-Blue Whales representative of the Liveaboard will be waiting for you at the arrival hall.

-The boat departs Al-Lith harbour in the morning on the following day.

The end of the trip

-Your last dives will be on the second to last day in the morning.

-It is your responsibility to ensure you respect the 24 hour no-fly time after your last dive.

-The boat docks back in Al-Lith harbour in the afternoon on the second to last day.

-Check out and disembarkation is in the morning on the last day.

DAY 1

Start the week with a check dive before starting the Liveaboard trip for an afternoon and night dive.

DAY 2 - 6

Spend days cruising the sea according to the planned route. Normally you will have the opportunity to make three day dives and a possible night dive each day. The exact itinerary and order of dive sites will vary depending on the conditions.

DAY 7

Enjoy two relaxed morning dives close to Al-Lith harbour allowing you to cruise into harbour in the early afternoon. before your journey home the next day which includes Check-out from the yacht, group transfer to the airport.

The cruise departs from the port of Al Lith, situated 210 km south of Jeddah. During the spring season, just a few miles outside the port, one can easily encounter families of whale sharks feeding on the abundant plankton near the coastal waters. After approximately 3 hours of navigation, the first dive sites are reached, offering an immediate sense of venturing into an unexplored world. Among these sites, the island of Mar Mar stands out as a magnificent diving location and an excellent spot for overnight stays. In close proximity, you'll find the islands of Dohra, Jadir, and Malathu, along with the stunning exposed reefs of Gorgonia, Bandu, and Long Reef. Sailing 25 miles to the south, a second reef area awaits, including Sha'ab Ammar, a large horseshoe-shaped reef often used as a night anchorage. Continuing further south, you'll come across islets such as Danak, Jabbara, Eagle, and the coral atolls of Mudarr, Fantasy, and Choppy, offering stages for spectacular diving experiences. What all these dive sites have in common is the incredible variety of both hard and soft corals found on the plateaus, as well as the abundant presence of coral and reef fish. Diving along the drop-offs of the plateaus, typically facing north and south, provides opportunities to witness the passage of large pelagic fish, including schools of hammerhead sharks and the awe-inspiring tiger shark, which has been spotted multiple times at different diving locations.
